As for the rest of your post: Like I said though, if you don't like the point of his thread it is very simple to just not visit it. Whether it is naive or not I am finding it amusing reading some anecdotal evidence. If someone said they called or visited Gamestop and they had tons, that is fine. Nobody said anything about people needing to jump for joy.
As for the topic at hand online stores have also said they have been selling pretty well. http://www.ps3center.net/news/4758/playstation-move-selling-well-with-online-retailers/
Sales for Sony's PlayStation Move are tracking significantly high at popular online retailers such as Amazon, amid the release of the hardware today.Amazon.com lists 3 PlayStation Move-related SKUs in their top ten, with the $99.99 PlayStation Move Starter Bundle coming second to the behemoth that is Halo.
A similar situation can also be seen across the pond in the UK, with the PlayStation Move-related SKUs taking up 4 spots in the top ten best sellers onAmazon.co.uk. Other popular online UK retailers, ShopTo.net and Play.com also listed PlayStation Move in second place to Halo: Reach, along with 3 or 4 other Move-related SKUs. ShopTo in particular have ran out of stock for the single PlayStation Move Controller. |
I just called my Gamestop, and they said they have a few Move bundles left in stock. So that article MUST be wrong so the hate for anything PS3 related is justified...
:p
Hackers are poor nerds who don't wash.
