this is what I have to say: NO. There was nothing about the series that constituted a reboot; it was still financially and critically successful, Dante is an iconic beloved gaming hero, and fans wanted to see where the next entry in the series would be going with Nero and Dante. This trailer does NOTHING to convince people that what they're seeing is Devil May Cry and just raises the question of why they bothered slapping the name on to begin with. It just seems cynical and underhanded. I'm not supporting something like this
