If Move makes aiming significantly easier in FPS games, which point based controls generally do, it should sell well to anyone who likes to play shooters competitively online, just as the typical analog stick aiming player would be at a significant disadvantage to someone using M/KB in the same match.
If the difference is that significant, you pretty much won't be able to keep up without Move controls in FPS games that enable them.
In other games, Move has the potential to make some players feel like idiots if the tracking is too tightly matched, so sometimes lenient controls (every flail is a winner) are better for those who aren't into precision (small children). I'm sure Move will have it's share of that kind of game too where button presses are replaced by loosely translated gestures, which is a bit pointless, but some seem to enjoy regardless.
