Tomorrow is when the Public is allowed. That is when the Japanese will flip out their phones and start recording.
Then we can jizz and drool all over the leaked trailer and as Tetsuya Nomura said previously, Square Enix will upload them online so that people who couldn't make it to TGS will be able to see them, which means the rest of the world.
