Sounds good to me. I wish more places would do this; there are a couple of places where I won't go to eat because there are constantly screaming and crying kids at them. A place like this would get more of my business.
As for the potential skew of the site, going through the link shows that it's not us here. 92.8% of the almost 77,000 voters to that site have voted yes on this also. So we're not alone.
