Corporate money speaks louder than rights. If your sign you soul away. It's sold. In America anyways.
A. EULA will take out the "sell" clause.

B. You won't be buying used games from bigger stores anymore.
Squilliam: On Vgcharts its a commonly accepted practice to twist the bounds of plausibility in order to support your argument or agenda so I think its pretty cool that this gives me the precedent to say whatever I damn well please.
