LOL, that statement alone says how bad the multiplayer was.

It wasn't bad at all.  It wasn't innovative, but so are most multiplayer modes these days.  It is still very good, with good controls, fun maps, lots of game modes including coop and very good competition.  Now go troll somewhere else.
