As mentioned before, SWAT and Snipers are under the Team Slayer playlist. They mentioned it before on a Weekly Update. They said it had something to do with being more noob-friendly and helping halo newcomers at getting to know each gametype. They'll give them their own playlist at some point. Both playlists had a huge fanbase and I think team SWAT was the most popular playlist; ignoring them would be like ignoring MLG and they said so themselves.
