If a PS3 Reviewer of R.U.S.E Doesn't Try it on Move = Poor Review Method?

R.U.S.E is getting OK reviews at the moment, it's one of the reasons's I'm getting Move (along with Heavy Rain):

Interestingly having a harder time making PC reviewers happy than console reviewers.

I've nerver really been interested in RTS on consoles because of the clunky controls on normal console controllers. So to me, for PS3 R.U.S.E will probably play at its best when played using Move. So if a reviewer doesn't try R.U.S.E using Move it seems like the review will likely suffer a few points in the gameplay department.

But it also raises the question. Do you rate a game according to the lowest common denominator, i.e. because everyone has a DS3 then review the game on the basis of DS3 only gameplay, or do you rate the game according to the best gameplat setup?

Do GT5 / FM3 / F1 get reviewed using a driving wheel, or using a controller?
