I would consider the 360 and Reach option with the arcade bundle mainly because like Kinect I doubt we'll see the best of Move this year. This means next year you will actually be able to choose which motion device interests you more too while still getting the Reach experience when everyone is talking about it and the learning curve isn't so steep playing the veterans.
Nobody can make the choice for you as we don't want to give you buyers remorse. I personally think which ever route you choose you'll probably still enjoy so it ultimately comes down to how bad you want to play Reach imo.
