I say don't rush into purchase, hold onto your purse and wait for a bit. I'm sure Halo Reach is a great game but you're going to spend 400 dollars on one game, and no matter how great one game is, the appeal will eventually die out.
Can't really say about move either atm, since the launch line up is just mediocre but there'll undeniably be more core and quality line up later on.
I doubt that you'll get much honest answers here, MS/Reach fans will say go for Reach and likewise with move for Sony fans but they're only saying that because that 400 dollars isn't theirs to spend. Those $400 are hard-earned aren't they? ;)
