Why not just get the Xbox Arcade with 4GB and Halo Reach. That's 260... instead 400. Especially if you're getting it for just one game.
I wouldn't get a used refurb... unless they have a good warranty... and even then I'd recommend against it Unless it is way cheaper.
I can't say which one to get. because I don't like halo that much though I'm going to rent it... and I don't plan I getting the move.
