30Hz sampling rate should be more than enough for nursing home boxing! So stop trolling Kinect, otherwise MDF will counter-strike within less than 5 minutes reaction time! (Just checked the first furious answer timestamp).
I really hope I don't need to add smileys to prevent fanboys from taking this too seriously...
