Well to be honest I saw Deca Sports and Your Shape Fitness evolved live at PAX. After seeing how poorly the camera worked I decided to hold off on pre-ordering Kinect. Their was a minimum of a one second to two second lag in Deca Sports Boxing and I noticed lag not as bad but still noticable with Your Shape Fitness evolved.
Now at first I thought that this was just UbiSoft screwing up but I watched Kinect Adventures being played as I waited in line and that game also featured poor lag. In the end I descided to forfit my place in line at the Microsoft Kinect booth and instead go play Gears3 and Fable3. I just decided obviously the technology is not ready so why waste my time on Microsoft's junk when I can play their real games.
P.S- Dance Central did appear to be working fine, with the exception of some of the movement's on screen which appeared alittle robotic but lets face it, the technology just isn't there yet. I'll buy Kinect in two or three years once Microsoft has had time to iron it out and make it a quality product.
