I suggest you take a look at the scores. The game is being weighed down by a few 8.0, 4/5, and 8.5 scores, but has a plethora of 9.5s and 10s. You wanna bet that one site won't give this GOTY? I don't know when GOTY started referring to one game or when there was a consensus on it. Many games win GOTY awards on many different sites. This game will win some of those awards.
