I also had purchased Halo for the pc around 2006, just to see what all the xbox hype had been about. I hated it. I couldn't see where all the fun was, the ending was horrible, boring, repetitive, and simply did nothing for me. Characters didn't appeal to me at all, and the multiplayer was the only piece that made me play the game. More like, the sniper pistol, was the only piece that made me continue playing, and eased the pain of spending 19.99$ on that purchase. Later on, I got Halo 3, loved it, every part of it. Then I purchased Halo 2, for pc, and the multiplayer was obviously what kept this game going, not the single player. Halo 2's single player was obviously much better then Halo, but, Halo 3 was king in terms of diversity and co op, etc, but you'd expect that from sequels. Now, Halo Reach just looks phenomenal...a phenomenal hell of 13 year old kids cursing out your mother.

All of this, of course, is just my opinion.

Skyrim 100%'d. Dark Souls 100%'d.
Dark Souls > Skyrim.
Halo 4 is the best damn FPS since Halo 3.
