Sorry for your loss, I lost my grandparents when I was 12.

My dad died a week and a half ago, he was 67. He went for a kidnet replacement and was deathly allergic to the medicine they use to help the body adapt to the new kidney. It shut down his immune system and he never recovered. The doctors kinda effed up, they didnt test/check for allergies, he was 1 percent of the world's population that is allergic to the medicine.

I do hope you'll sue!

We're going to investigate, but PA has some really crazy laws that protect against malpractice. Since it was such a rare thing thats not easy to detect, we might not have a leg to stand on. =(

But what's the point of living in America if you can't sue someone when they wrong you??? Seriously, they should pay for killing you dad with their incompetence.

I definitely understand, but see, the laws in America only protect the rich and the corporations. The average Joe has no power or say in the matter outside of a vote that is thrown into the trash anyway. Its the sad reality of it all. America - land of the free, as long as you abide by the rules of the rich.
