What if you are lurking on purpose though?   As to not bring attention to yourself.  I find that to be a little harsh

Purposely make yourself a lynch target?

If you're lurking as a townie, the mob is going to think you're a bomb or a doctor.

And if you're lurking as a townie, the town is going to think you're a mafia.

Being a lurker doesnt instantly make you a lynch target,  its only something that townies fall back on when no other information is present.

Anytime someone is lurking they could be a number of things.   But do you really want the mod to have the power to kill off the person who could be your cop or doctor laying low after 36 hours no exceptions?  Last game is a prime example of this,  hatmoza would have been killed off and the town wouldnt have had the chance to win, they didnt win anyway but they had a chance.

no, you're right. I don't think mod should kill anyone off because of failure to post or willful non-posting.

I feel a player should make his intentions known to the mod when he makes a decision like that though.

Like in the last game where I said I was done with the game I had sent a message to gow that I wasn't really done, I just wanted to see what people would say. I think it's kind of meta-gaming and should be explained to the mod whenever it's done.
