I've been reading bad things about Paypal for probably almost a decade if not more (damn, I'm getting old :P). There are even whole sites detailing their bad practices, which seem quite common.
It's either stupidity or ignorance to use Paypal for someone who will have so much money there. The guy should have done his homework, or at least make frequent withdrawals. Letting 600,000 euros accumulate there, wow...
