I look at it this way. Overseas they are people who live in 3rd world countries which are still ruled by faith rather then choice. Since those nations haven't matured yet it is expected they burn books and kill people of faiths they refuse to believe in (even though Christianity was born from Hebrew and Islamic faith mostly...). Still, in those nations there are people who will not burn other faiths books and murder people. It is mostly the fanatics that do all the extreme things.
