We have to wait and see if the weak economy plays a big part here. Games like MW2 had a decent economy. Reach has millions of fewer jobs and poor confidence numbers. We've seen plenty of games, Alan Wake among them, miss the mark this year. The question is: Is Halo bigger than all that, can it do more than MW2?
