How will they lose sales if they're concerned about Xbox 360 gamers? Valve doesn't want Microsoft to stop them from releasing free updates/DLC to gamers.
Who do you think is losing the most? The Xbox 360 gamers, because they're paying for stuff that are free on other platforms.
