I much pefer games to be exclusive, even when not on my favorite system...they just always seem to turn out better when the devs can optimize for one system. and to me, QD makes games that really fit the best with the sony userbase so i would hope that QD makes their next game exclusive to the ps3...
...but, in this gen no one deserves free exclusives. if sony won't pony up to buy the studio or the game then the studio derserves the right to make it multi-plat. but boy i wish sony would buy QD, still annoyes me they let insomniac get away.
