I like what Blomkamp did with D9, gritty and somewhat of an old school 80's sci-fi feel, at least to me. I think if there is a movie that whomever does it, they can't be afraid to capture that gritty feel. I'm so afraid of some kind of over the top approach just to cash in on the brand. I will say that I'm good with just about all of the Halo live action stuff that has come out and that 343 seems really dedicated to keeping it tight. I really do like the idea of a series too. |
LOTR, King Kong, district 9. Like em, or not, you cannot deny this guy makes his movies BIG. That is why he would be perfect for the Halo movie.
