The answer probably depends on the game. Kinect uses IR light which may give it an advantage in some cases over a RGB cam. The Wii version warns you not to have very bright light shining toward the camera while with Kinect this may not be a factor . Sunlight (IR source) may have an effect on both Kinect and RGB cam. 

 It's the same with Wii-mote vs Move. In some cases Wii-mote will be able to do the same as Move while in others Move will have an advantage.
