Not according to Kaz. He said they wanted to implement in in GT3, but skipped the opportunity.

Sure they wanted to implement in Gt3 but this feature came in Gt 4 and definitely  it will be a lot improved in GT5

They said it never made it into GT4 is what I'm saying. Can anyone confirm?

It didnt have that features what gt5 will have but B- spec is present in Gt4
