Wrong. If Australia wanted Abbot, he would have won by a clear majority. Instead, the people have spoken. they want a government that was open to compromise.Considering Abbot wanted to hide his $11bn budget black hole when the independents requested a review, I'm not suprised that they went with Gillard.
