The dude's name is Tyler Clay Collins, and he's a Democratic activist who was volunteering for the Conway campaign. There are screengrabs from his Facebook page out there if you care to go and find them.

I'm pretty sure this isn't a conversation worth having. You clearly have a massive hard-on for bashing the tea party. "LOL THERE SO STUPIDS DID U SEE WHAT JOHN STEAWARD SAID ABOUT THEM LAST NIGHT TEE HEE HEE HEE HEE HA HA HA HA" I'm less concerned with misspelled signs than I am with the fact that a guy can run for office on the promise to halve the deficit in his first 100 days only to end up quadrupling it. Even if the tea party is crawling with stupid motherfuckers, I doubt any of them are that bad with numbers.

When you want English to be the main language, you definite need to get the spelling correct. 

As far as bad with numbers, how did Dubya do in regards to the deficit?  There was talk about halving it to under his administration.
