Is it that hard to accept that some of these people can't spell for shit?

Outside of the fact that there was a website designed to specifically organize people to do just that?

And there have been people interviewed who specifically did that?

Also, you know... photoshop.  Some likely are misspelled though.  You can find that kind of stuff EVERYWHERE.

Though, the Obama isn't a natural born citizen thing... actually their is still some weight behind that.  He never really did prove he was a natural citizen. 

The only birthcertificate he prodived is one that can also be given to people born overseas in foreign countries.  When given the oppurtunity to provide the full birthcertificate that would shut everybody up... he didn't.  Even though it would be easy to do, and would shut everybody up who thinks he isn't a citizen.

If this were a Republican doing it, I'd gurantee the entire matter would be flipped with democrats thinking he was born in another country, and republicans defending him.

People forget, the Republicans wanted to remove that requirement for being President back when they thought Swartzneggar was going to be the next Reagan.

Had he run, suddenly with the same kind of birth certificate... Democrats would of been pissed.

As the rules are the rules.  (why they need to be that way though.... got me.)

this isn't a democrat/republican thing. It's a tea party thing. 

But yeah, it shouldn't be so shocking that there is a website of pictures with people having poor spelling. There are website that people take pictures of shit in their toilet and have others rate them. There is also a book and website on the worst family photos. Why shouldn't there be one for this? It's not some conspiracy, it's an entrepreneurial person making a living off the foolishness of others.

What if those interviewees then came on and said, "I only said that in order to make the dems look like they were trying to demonize the republicans" would you still believe that person? ANd then what if they came out again and said, "I only said that I said that to make republicans look bad by setting up the dems"... etc etc etc. The point is, you trusting someone on their word probably because you're inclined to but also because it hints at discrepancy, which to most people comes of as trustworthy. 

And I would be sorely disappointed if you actually believe the birther movement has merit. I'm a natural citizen and I have the "born in a foreign country" certificate. It's a valid certificate. It's a legal document that I'm a citizen. That is all that's needed. Period.

If he gets a different one (which I don't even have proof of any of this by the way. I'm taking you at your word that my legal document is actually insufficient, and I'm deferring to you that that certificate is the only one he has presented) would it REALLY end there? Honestly? If so, then i owe the other side an apology, but that's going on the assumption that all the other rumors and jibes and lies are all based around an actual concern.

That's... not all you need to be President though.

Not every citizen CAN be president.

Civics 101.  You need to be born on US soil to be president.

He's definitly a citizen.  Whether or not he actually fits the requirements to be president... (no matter how stupid they may be.)
