The dude's name is Tyler Clay Collins, and he's a Democratic activist who was volunteering for the Conway campaign. There are screengrabs from his Facebook page out there if you care to go and find them.

And that proves that he is a democrat? I ask again, how do you know this isn't a republican plant?
