Ubisoft did Your Shape with Jenny McCarthy on the Wii last year. It came with a USB camera.
I think most people who thought Kinect Your Shape was revolutionary or only possible with Kinnect when they saw it during the MS E3 presentation simply weren't aware of the original game.
As far as I can tell, the additional advantages of Kinect over a regular web cam either aren't used, or simply aren't necessary for something like Your Shape.
