I would argue that Republicans are realists. They see things for what they are. They see a nice race car, they buy it.
They see the piece of quality electronics which is built by an electronics hardware manufacturer and buy it and love it.
The demographics may be skewed within the world of video game forums, but I would argue that Republicans do not like the 360, They instead like the PS3!
There is a quote that goes somehting like this:
Show me a young republican and I will show you someone without a heart.
Show me an older democrat and I will show you someone without a brain.
The shallow view of republicans is that they are all gun toting, war loving, hicks. There for the 360 is for them.
In reality it is hard to say who likes what..
Other than that democrats certainly do like the wii.
