The MGS Mobile team is seeking an experienced game Producer to lead development of new first-party groundbreaking mobile title(s) for the Windows Phone 7. The successful candidate will have proven experience leading development teams and driving the creative direction on at least three shipped AAA titles. The ideal candidate will be able to gracefully balance schedule needs with creative imperatives, pushing for quality and innovation while managing both budget and time with a firm understanding of game development technology and practices.
