Based on exclusives:
PS3 - 10/10 - Simply for it's many amazing exclusives, the ability to watch blu-rays and great free online.
X360 - 6/10 - A few games that appeal to me and which I consider great.
Wii - 6/10 - A few games that appeal to me and which I consider great, terrible online.
PSP - 5/10 - Three or four great games, the rest is mediocre.
I don't have a DS anymore, so I don't rate that. And I don't play PC games anymore, so I don't rate it either.
