Defiantly a customer who has swapped the items over and returned it for a refund.
It’s not even that difficult, as a lot of shops don't do any other checks other than making sure the box isn't damaged. I personally could have done this several times but haven’t.
Whilst most people wouldn’t have the minerals to do something as risky as taking a box back with a phone book in it (due to the fear of getting court out) There are a lot more people who will happily buy a new DS for example and replace it with their old DS with a duff screen and take the new box back to the shop with the old DS in for a refund.
