No it means what version of the game the Japanese gamers want. So obviously people would want MGS Rising more on the PS3 than X360 in JP.
Ni no Kuni is on that list because Japanese games want the DS version more than the PS3 version and that's why it says DS. If Ni no Kuni PS3 was on that list, it would be (PS3) Ni No Kuni separate to the DS.
