Couldn't of put it better myself. I actually like to play multiplayer games where my actions make a difference.
It's frustrating as hell when you wipe the floor with the oposite team but your own team players are garbage meaning you lose.
Edit: Oh the irony on at the Cod Fanboys in the youtube comments. They're saying Halo is just the same rehash everytime and Reach is the same.
