You're confusing the what with the how. Playing an archery game with two controllers is playing an archery game with two controllers. It's irrelevant what the controllers are.
It's like saying that a PS3/360 game is completely different between consoles because on the PS3 you use a DS3 and on the 360 you use the XBox pad.
Hell, when I show my family the archery game, I'm going to tell them it works in a similar way to the one they played in Wii Sports Resort, because it'll make it seem easier then.
