Well let me put it this way. I think the Kinect is a huge step forward from the Eyes. The Move however, its baffling how similar it's to something we've seen before. Just my opinoin, you don't have to agree with it. You won't sway my opinoin either. |
You shouldn't ever say, "you won't sway my opinion," as a general rule. Close-mindedness will get you nowhere.
Not that it was my intention to change your mind.
The Move is a fresher and quite frankly more technologically sound version of the Wiimote (without a cord on the navtroller) but the key difference is that they have Sony's first party to back it up with software. It's a great way to introduce new gamers to the more intense and demanding titles put out on an HD console. Games like No More Heroes just "feel" better on the PS3.
Kinect is something we haven't seen realized to the extent it is supposedly going to be when it releases. This makes it trendy and interesting, but in the long haul I don't think it will be able to stand up. People will only run in place and wave their arms around in front of their home theater for so long, and they probably won't do it in front of guests because as Mega64 puts it, it makes you "look like a f*cking idiot."
