Yes I have used two motion controllers at once to play 1:1 archery on the Wii. Over a year ago. It has moving targets and hidden targets worth all sorts of bonus points. It's great fun. I'm sure you'll have a blast with the archery controls. It's also really fun in Sports Champions. But it's not a new unique experience like you keep saying. Watch Nintendo's archery demo at E3 2008, and then Sony's archery demo at E3 2009, and then you'll see how unique and amazing it really is. I think they even hired the same actors and special effects guys to do the commercials.
Twilight Princess had two motion controllers in 2006, one for your sword and one for your shield, but they were gesture-based instead of 1:1. The 1:1 swordplay was in Wii Sports Resort and it was amazing, and Red Steel 2 had a really great combo between 1:1 movement and gesture-based special attacks, and full 1:1 sword-and-shield action is coming out with The Skyward Sword, which will be a full-fledged action/adventure game instead of just 1-on-1 fights in an arena. Sports Champions DID beat Zelda to the punch with the 1:1 sword-and-shield gameplay, and that's pretty awesome. Zelda's 1:1 sword and shield gameplay was announced years ago, and Sony rushed out a minigame to beat them to the market. Kudos to them. Also, the arena fights in Sports Champions are probably the coolest part of the game, due to the cool jumping attacks you can do. I'll give them one point for originality there. Those were fun. |
what your saying is not the same thing, once again..that is not the same thing..i said two motion wii motes...you just said you tryed it with TWO motion controller's...i asked you if you tryed the Wii archery with 2 motion controlled wiimotes: The Nunchuk is not a Wii mote
that is not a second Wiimote...so once again have you ever played any game on the Wii that used (2) Wii motes? instead of The Nunchuk and a Wiimote?
