For me I will be getting Move at launch, simply because $50 is such an easy impulse purchase, and I already have a compatible game, Resident Evil 5.  I'm sure they'll post the demos on PSN too.

I'm really interested in playing FPS with Move.  I've tried out Time Crisis, the arcade shooter, and I was literally pulling off headshot after headshot in seconds.

If Move is good, I'll get another controller too, and buy more games.  If it's not good, it's only $50.

Kinect, on the other hand, is a bit too much of a gamble for me.  $150 is into the realms of "I could buy a lot with this money" rather than "impulse buy", and the launch lineup doesn't appeal to me at all.  Dance Central looks good, but it isn't the kind of game that I would spend $150-$200 on.  People keep talking about Kinect's potential, and I'm excited by its potential too, but at $150 I'm going to wait for that potential to realise itself before committing to a purchase.  By the time Kinect goes hardcore, it'll probably be discounted too... everybody wins
