Did anyone notice the AI on Forza 3 called "J Davis" ?

i've tried playing on high difficulties and lower ones, the soon as this guy by the name of J Davis comes into the race, it becomes hilarious, he always runs into the wall in top speed , i don't know how they designed him but i think they wanted to make the fastest AI possible and they forgot to have him use brakes.

he always make me go to first place even if i had it at the most highest difficulty
