float? Both of them sold 600000 units in one week and over 1000000 software titles.
For the PS3 thats ~ 300 mio revenue. That is a bit more than float. Besides they are only starting. The PS3 is just entering the price range of mass market appeal and 2 months ago there was nothing to play. Similar for the 360 which had a massive quality problem this year. Yes Nintendo made an awesome headstart but I really doubt that this will damage the other two. If you want to play anything besides Nintendo games you will have to buy two consoles anyway for the forseeable future.

"Oh they're flowing all right, they're flowing all over your face."

You are an angry little fanboy

First, where do you get they sold more than a million software titles? as of this time I dont think those numbers were released (they are supposed to be put up sometime today).

Second 400 dollars is not the range of mass market appeal, at it's cheapest, it is still too much.

Finally, Nintendo is the only place to go for Nintendo's offerings, but what you find on the PS3 and the 360 is more often then not "not exclusive", with some exceptions. You must realise as the userbase of the Wii sells more and more, software sales increase and it will be easier for 3rd parties to sell alot on the console. Whatever perceived advantage the 360/PS3 have in term's of 3rd parties can not last. 3rd parties are companies, responsible to stock holders, employees and others invested in them to turn a profit. If the cost is too high for the amount of returns, they will continue to fail (as many developers are in terms of shrinking profits). That being the case they will be forced by facts, if not by initial choice to release their games on even more platforms (ie; Wii).
