To a degree, there's proof to support this. However, it's not just because of Rap. It's because of the person themselves most of the time. I'm talking from first hand experience and with tons of examples being around me for years. Music can do this but it's only to blame to a certain extent. The person, their upbringing, parenting, whether they're weak minded, so many other factors come into play.

OT: I've stopped using MIC's in online shooters because of things like this. I also mute most players with mics. If you're not talking about the game, I don't know to hear your voice. Just another distraction.
