Bad parents. I am sure we see 'em all the day.
Just other day, the mother was carting a smaller baby and another boy walking alongside by himself on the street side, who looks about 6. The father smoking and walking next to the mom and didn't say anything. While the mother throwing the F-bomb on the kid. She must have said F*** twice per sentence minimum.
It could be worse but cursing at kids only make them copy you, rather than listening to you.
