Number two, Move still works when it is hidden. Some games even require you to hide the controller behind your back. The Move still work when out of the Eye's view. |
The move comes into this as an example as does the wii. If you intentionally try and make any device not work properly you can do it. And I think its a fair example since both the move and Kinect work on a similar principle.
When you put the device behind your back does it continue to track your position? From my understanding no, if I'm mistaken please point me into the right direction on finding out more info. From reviews I have read Move requires constant recalibration while the games load etc.. So indeed you do need to have it in view of the eye toy for it to track your motion. Any wireless controller can work behind your back as long as your just pushing buttons.
*****EDIT*****
Don't take any of this as a knock on the Wii or the Move, its not. I just think the "FAIL" comments for this particular post are rediculous.
I would also defend the Move or Wii if it were to come up against the same style post.
