it all comes down to definition and that's the reason i have felt that this contest could have been planned a bit better, do you really need negative voting after all the aim is for the most famous/popular and the fairest way to decide that is if its for the most famous you ask every one on the site when they think of VG charts who comes to mind and thats not gonna happen ,so it becomes a popularity contest decided by leos arbitary rules.
