No voice control with Kinect in Canada, mainland Europe until spring 2011

Not only no Quebecios but no French at all at launch which is why us Canadians aren't see it.   Does seem rather silly, as a lot of people in Quebec can speak English, but it may be a political decision to delay us to avoid contraversy.
