Pretty obvious MS wanted to launch Kinect as soon as possible which was always going to be when English and at most a few other languagues were supported.
It sucks obviously if you're outside their catchment initially, but is anyone really epecting MS to give Sony's Move a complete holiday season to launch in all to itself and delay Kinect until early 2011 to ensure full languague support?
If MS did that they'd be giving Sony a huge advantage regarding each companies attempt to compete more directly with the Wii - which is why they aren't doing it.
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
