It's their right to take away an advertised feature?

Legally speaking, when your purchasing a PS3 you arent purchasing PSN. Its a free service they advertise as being a free service, its not hardware. Not only they advertise it as being a free service, but it also requires a separate agreement where they precise they may stop supporting it. The guy was asking money out of loosing something that was offered to him freely. No wonder Sony won.
